 Key Achievements

  • Design and implementation of life cycle, work flows and monthly planning and reporting for a capability delivery project for the CoA Department of Defence with a value of over $120M. This responsibility included design and implementation of tools and solutions for data integration, task prioritisation and collaboration among the stakeholders for maximising the clarity and the level of agreement. Output of the processes was reflected in enterprise scheduling and resource planning tool, MS SharePoint and several internal/external KPI and dashboard reports.
  • Providing project schedule, cost and resource plan for CAE programs/projects from $150K to $150M.
  • Led CAE project teams in converting program/project scope/requirements into WBS, cost and budget estimates during pre-initiation phase to provide accurate price and timeline.
  • Efficient and effective portfolio analysis by consolidating data from Project Server SQL Database and time sheeting system (i.e. producing performance reports by comparing actual versus planned effort, advanced resource levelling and work allocation analysis).
  • Generating and analysing project KPIs, earned value reports and dashboards aligned to different groups of stakeholders.
  • Development of tools for program related processes: design and development of project administration database to best manage project management related documents (transmittal advice, purchase requisition, correspondence etc.) complying with the company quality assurance system - this development is mainly conducted in the absence of an ERP system in the organisation.
  • Development of a SharePoint/InfoPath solution for managing bids and proposals, project Lessons Learned and Baseline Change Requests.
  • Contribution to enterprise financial reports by providing estimates for future work (i.e. Estimate At Completion reports).
