Key Achievements
- Program Director for the mobilisation of a cross industry collaboration by the four major Australian banks and two service providers to commence the development of a >$300m industry utility in the payments sector. This involved creating the delivery capability for developing the payment hub using a core team of >30 IT professionals and working with an extended team of >100 people across all entities to establish consensus amongst all parties for scope, objectives and detailed business requirements.
- Directed an enterprise wide program to achieved Sarbanes Oxley and Basle ll compliance for the IT function within one of Australia’s big four banks.
- Acted as the Critical Situation Manager to recover a $45m distressed Payroll & HR implementation for a leading Australian bank.
- Directed the development of an integrated IT Risk & Compliance Management function across major Australian Financial Services organisation and its key vendors involving >100 people.
- Directed co-development with a global technology partner of a $40m enterprise-wide Operational Risk & Compliance management system.
- Directed an extensive IT risk and controls assessment of IT infrastructure and services within a leading Australian financial services organisation resulting in securing $43M unplanned funding to address extreme IT operational risks.
- Built a commercial Program Management practice to manage $300m of work within the Australian division of a global outsourcing firm.
