Key Achievements
- Delivery of a 2 year Multi million dollar initiative to refresh Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s legacy internet banking solution. NetBank services a customer base of over 2.2 million; and is rated amongst one of the top self service products in the Asia-pacific region.
- Cormac is currently responsible for the solution architecture and quality assurance of a major CBA initiative to provide it’s customers with enhanced online security. His key focus is the development of the end to end solution design, along with ensuring that project deliverables meet the programmes high standards of quality. In this role he faces the challenges of aligning multiple vendors and teams to deliver a consistent, cohesive end to end solution which meets the customers business and operational requirements.
- Development of the key areas of the solution architecture for a teller implementation with Siebel Systems for Servipag (Santiago de Chile). Here Cormac faced the challenges of architecting a single branch teller solution required to service three distinct retail banks operating under the Servipag group.
- Involved in the implementation of a full service internet, branch teller and next generation CRM proof of concept with Siebel System for Bank of America. Over a short time scale he lead an initiative which successfully interfaced the Siebel internet banking and teller application with the banks core bank end systems. The proof of concept successful proved Siebel ability to provide and integrated product offering which would meet the banks transaction processing and customer relationship management requirements.
- Played a fundamental role in the research and development of Siebel Retail Finances (formerly Eontec) multichannel teller and internet banking platform. Cormac made key contributions in the development of the companies :
