Key Achievements
- Established and maintained the PMO program schedule and various work stream schedules for VicRoads large IT projects of ERP (Mincom) & Registration and Licensing (RandL)
- Produced various reports including Dashboard reports, Steering Committee reports, EVM reports, Product Delivery reports, Resource Utilisation reports for executive management down to routine schedule reports, slippage report, critical path report for lower management
- Designed Product Breakdown structure from complex environment and updated Project Initiation Document (PID)
