- Operations Director (Interim) – Led a transformation program to deploy IT service management (ITSM) technologies and standard ITIL processes across 14 divisions nationally involving more than 140 ICT staff.
- Led the deployment of national incident, problem and change management processes to standardise IT Service Management and support
- Designed the national operating model and organisation structures and recruited a national operations management team.
- Initiated and created a National Operations Centre (NOC) and implemented pro-active systems monitoring tools and alert management processes across all critical National business servers and application systems.

- Strategy Consultant - developed a strategic roadmap for Data Centre (DC) investment and consolidation in the South Pacific region for Compaq (Hewlett Packard). Evaluated the existing Data Centre facilities in the region and assessed current capabilities, forecast customer growth and expansion capacity. Objective was to consolidate 14 Data Centres and 20+ Computer rooms to 2 Data Centres. (Compaq).
- Infrastructure Outsource Manager - reduced operational risk, improved systems availability and reduced operating costs across more than 50 critical business systems for a major telecommunications service provider. The infrastructure transformation program upgraded, consolidated and rationalised more than 170 business applications, 350 mid-range and server systems and more than 140 databases. (Optus).
- Infrastructure Outsource Manager - initiated a vendor rationalisation program to reduce operating costs as part of a $400 million outsource contract for a major telecommunications service provider. Reduced the number of ICT suppliers from more than 1400 to 450 over 2 year period realising more than 15% operating cost reduction. Introduced service level agreements (SLA’s) and key performance indicators (KPI’s) into vendor contracts. (Optus).
- Program Manager - accelerated national desktop standardisation program to deploy a standard operating environment (SOE) across 12,000 desktops at more than 70 locations across Australia. Expedited national compliance across 17 national project streams from 39% to 97% in less than 9 months. (News Ltd).
- Transition Program Director - defined planned and led the transition and integration of an $80M multi-vendor business outsource account. Exceeded contractual deadlines and customer expectations to limit commercial exposure. Program was delivered 3 months ahead of schedule and 130 staff were transitioned into new service provider organisations. Integrated processes, systems and staff to operate and support more than 50 critical business systems and functions. Achieved with 100% uptime across all critical business systems. - Program Manager - established and program managed a strategic Telecommunications commercial partnership and whole of business service transition delivery program, including the effective migration of ICT service delivery processes to telecommunications outsource providers, improving service levels, quality and reducing cost. - Strategy Consultant - conducted a strategic review of Corporate Lending back-office processes and systems for a major Australian Bank. Analysed and mapped the entire business processes and developed and issued an RFP (Request for proposal) to global vendors as part of the software selection process. (Westpac).
- Strategy Consultant - Initiated and created the business case and strategy to restructure a 400+ people National ICT team that encompassed both group and divisional ICT staff into a single shared services organisation. Program overall cost reduction target is 17%. (News Ltd).
- Strategy Consultant - undertook a strategic progress-to-plan business review of a national Telecommunications start-up on behalf of the venture capital (VC) investors and the Comindico board. (Comindico).
