Key Achievements
- Established Program Office and framework including key disciplines in support of program start-up and ongoing management for two key programs for Telstra:
- Establishment of a Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) environment to support all Mobile, BigPond and Foxtel Pay TV products and migrating all Mobile, BigPond and Foxtel customers (across all customer segments) to CC&B.
- o Development of a Strategic Mediation Platform enabling simplification & centralisation of all mediation processing into a single application based on the Intec Telecommunication Mediation Systems Inter-mediatE package.
- Deployed and managed the Program Office for the transition of IT Processing and employees from Bristol-Myers Squibb to EDS in Australia/New Zealand, Greater China & Korea, Japan and South-East Asia territories.
- Established Enterprise Program Office and reporting framework for the Bank of Queensland. Identified and trained local resource as EPO lead. Conducted review of existing project management standards and implemented recommendations to improve these. Re-engineered service request management process resulting in a 25% reduction month on month in ageing SRs between October 2007 and February 2008. Developed 2008 Account transition out plan.
- Set up Program Office and supporting governance framework for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia Cards Processing Utility at EDS, including Enterprise Reporting, Schedule Management, Workgroup Handbook, Communications Plan and Financial Management processes. Implemented change management processes and subsequently automated these, on-boarded dedicated Program scheduler and PMO support manager, implemented integrated global resource plan and supporting processes, implemented global risk, issue and assumption review processes.
- Set up Account Enterprise Program Office and supporting governance framework for Westpac Mortgage Processing, including development of Account Program Review process, Enterprise Reporting, Implementation Schedule, Workgroup Handbook, Communications Plan and Financial Management process. Conducted Post Implementation Review into a highly visible project for the client with recommended corrective actions to be implemented for all subsequent engagements with the client.
- Set up Program Office and supporting governance framework for the Commonwealth Bank's CommSee Program, including development of risk, issue and assumption process, change management and Program internal and client status reporting. Enhanced existing financial reporting framework to more effectively track and manage program revenue, costs and margin. Conducted project health checks to ensure adherence to project management best practice and implemented remedial actions where required.
