 Key Achievements

  • Project Manager of the successful implementation of the Email Rationalisation project involving the migration of 8,000+ users to Exchange 2007, rolling out Outlook 2003 and implementing storage quotas across an Australian business with a global work population. Rewarded for client relationship and successful budget and schedule delivery. Note, this was the first large Australian Company to migrate to Microsoft Exchange 2007.
  • Project Manager for the online component of the “Get Healthy NSW” and “Measure Up” campaigns for Department of Health NSW Government (Sydney) and ahm (Total Health division in Wollongong), liaising with Fitness2Live (Melbourne). Created all project framework including Customer Requirements Specification, Project Schedule, Project Execution Plan, Risk Assessment Workshops to gather all Risks and Issues, Project Budget, critical path and milestone check steps (toll gates or stage gates), plus all handover and authorisation documentation.
  • Project Manager for a Disaster Recovery project from conception to process building through to completion in a global business. This included setting up teams and trial runs at an Emergency (Executive level), Critical (Country level), Incident (Area level) and Site level. My role within these levels was the Administrator at the Area level.
  • Manager of Project Management Office (PMO) and schedule owner for multiple large SAP implementations and for increased Supply Chain Functionality project nationally. Identification of risks, issues and critical paths including all project budget and schedule analysis. Including project team management for all budget and schedule management.
  • Manage PMO and administer online project management tool, Business Intelligence tool, schedule and the suite of processes used to track and report (+$1B) finance projects globally. Liaised with McKinsey consultants to improve their online project management tool (TEX) on a continuing basis.
  • Delivered Certificate IV Project Management training to PM’s in conjunction with Plan Power, and previously designed, produced and assisted in delivery of training for other projects and systems. Mentored PM’s in methodology, governance, process and general assistance.
