• Nirendra has held many senior and lead roles in the development of the Retail Financial Applications over the last 12+ years in Western Europe (Ireland), North America (Canada) and Australia. He brings experience and knowledge in the development of Object Oriented (OO) across different platform and frameworks that includes JAVA/EJB component development, integration and deployment.

Key Achievements 

• He is currently involved in developing/extending the Internet banking solution for Commonwealth Bank of Australia with a customer base of over 2.1 million. The CBA’s online banking solution is rated amongst one of the top in the Asia-pacific region. He currently manage BAU code review for the complex business functionality for functional and non functional areas, Validating and reviewing detail design for NetBank from IBM for the BAU and NetBank Security Enhancements phase 2 from CBA side. He is also involved in Detail designing for Security Enhancements phase 2 projects.
• Involved in delivering Retail Banking Teller Solution Riyadh Bank, Saudi Arabia) as Application Designer / Architect for the Siebel Teller solution. Was mainly involved in providing guidance to SBM team regarding the Siebel Teller Solution and its functionality. Was also involved in doing the details technical design for the teller facing components for SBM team.
• Worked as solution architect role report to technical steward of the bank and development project manager for Teller solution of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) which was implemented across North America over 1300 branches. Was mainly responsible for architecture designs of new releases and was involved in external and internal end-to-end Design process.
• Worked as Technical Lead / Architect (Senior Consultant) for League Data's (Credit Union, Canada) Loans Processing System. Was mainly involved in managing integration of front-end, server-side and back-end components, reviewing design for technical feasibility and managed Component Life cycle from design to implementation at application level. Also was involved in technical Co-ordination between the development teams in India and Dublin and provided technical input in bug fixing during different testing cycles
• Was involved in Kennings Software Migration from Nomad - Kenning is a van reservation company, which has its branches Europe and America. The existing software is written in NOMAD with SQLBASE as background running on NetWare.
• Involved in delivering E-Mortgage Application for YBS (Yorkshire Building Society), United Kingdom. The application guided the user through the process of applying for mortgage. The system then performs the Customer Credibility Analysis based on the personal details, employment details and financial status of the applicant. He Was responsible for technical review of the front-end and server-side designs, analysing the Customer requirements and the design documents prepared by the business team in Dublin, technical guidance to development teams and Review/QA code and testing of components.
• He was involved in setting up the Quality Assurance Circle in Eon Technologies to get CMM level certification for the company.
• Was one of the key resources in developing the Bank-Flex banking suite for Eon Technologies.
• Successfully managed more than four major key initiatives with team size of 20-40 developers.
• Have a very good track record of delivering the project and getting them implemented. Has a 100% success rate in the project involved till date.
• Played a fundamental role in the evolution of multi-channel component development at Eon Technologies as well Siebel Retail Finance (formally Eontec).
• Had initially developed and implemented the Financial Process Integrator of Eontec framework.
• Participated in ISO 9001 seminar conducted by IIT, Delhi.
