- Project managed a network upgrade for Optus on the fixed network across Australia. Using Lean Six Sigma, the team was able to diagnose customer experience pain points and produce and implement an innovative solution to reduce faults across the network.
- Responsible for the design and administration of the content management infrastructure of the transformation office at Optus, utilising Enterprise 2.0 applications, including, Wikis, Blogs and forums.
- Managed the design and implementation of a portfolio management tool for the Optus transformation office, from the initial scoping and requirements gathering from separate business units to the training and roll out of the final solution.
- Report writing and dashboard design for project portfolios for communication to senior directors and the wider audience across the company, including strategic intent and benefits realisation
- Designed, implemented and maintained a database that held all capital planning data for the forthcoming financial year. This database looked after around 300+ ideas and produced a roadmap of initiatives and capital expenditure in the region of $500 million for the financial year

- Project managed the migration of data into a new web tool. This involved migrating data from many different live systems into one database which was to be used as a workflow engine.
