• Proposed and developed PMO and Governance framework to overview the execution of CBA’s OurMove program
• Developed and implemented PMO monitoring and tracking processes to manage various reporting requirements, risks, issues and scope changes within the program
• Developed a structured and integrated Ourmove program master plan to guide the project leads managing all relocation activities, working through the multi-relocation dependencies and constraint complexities as well as tracking the program’s overall deliverables
• Developed and implemented CBA’s Nova and Ourmove programs Lessons Learned Framework – a comprehensive strategy supporting the continuous improvements made during the execution of multiple relocations
