 Key Achievements

  • Scheduler for Launch 1 of the Core Systems Replacement in CBA with responsibility for Deliverables and Conflicts.
  • As PMO Coordinator/Scheduler for Ericsson Managed Service (EMS), Peter chaired the Project Governance Toll-Gate review board as well as reviewing & enhancing the SLA compliance process. Peter was also responsible for the design and implementation of a centralised resource and schedule management system across EMS.
  • At EMS Peter was also responsible for creation and control of PMO process’s, Project control and reporting tools, training PM’s in tools such as MS Project and Excel, authoring of PM processes training materials as well as inducting new PMs.
  • At Bizlink as ERDM Program Coordinator, Peter was responsible for Project Methodology including project planning in the area of scope, schedule, cost, issues, risks, project data and configuration management and intra-program communication, as well as the establishment of and ongoing management of Project Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • At Bizlink Peter also established and led the Communication, Risk, Issue and Change Management Team as well as controlling the key project and administrative functions, introduced toolsets for increased efficiency and documenting all processes and procedures.
  • As a PMO officer, authored, delivered, established processes and compiled training for a proprietary methodology for Temenos Iberia called “System Translation Methodology”. Peter also was the lead project auditor ensuring robust project management tools and methodologies were consistently used as well as implementing modern project management practices within the Temenos.
  • Acted as a consultant for establishment of a project management office and project iniation & planning within the Bank of Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Thailand while with Temenos, as well as the management of stakeholders and vendors.
