Key Achievements
- Worked collaboratively with project managers at Telstra’s CBA Transition & Transformation Program to refine and manage input to a highly complex master schedule for the transition of all CBA’s Service Management needs.
- Development and enhancement of reports and reporting processes to Telstra and CBA program and corporate management to track the intricate program of Service Management deliverables.
- Revised and implemented Country Energy’s PMO monitoring and tracking processes to manage various reporting requirements, risks, issues and scope changes within the program, to increase the visibility and reduce the need for multiple data input.
