Key Achievements
- Worked collaboratively with project managers at Sydney University’s Sydney Student Program to develop a highly complex master schedule for the new Student Lifecycle Management System to be delivered by 2013
- Revised and implemented Sydney Student Program’s PMO monitoring and tracking processes to manage various reporting requirements, risks, issues and scope changes within the program, to increase the visibility and reduce the need for multiple data input
- Facilitated a rigorous testing and a transparent yet unobtrusive change management delivery process prior to begin the migration task of moving an estimated 1035 users, Australia wide, into AMP’s primary domain
- Successfully managed the migration of users into AMP’s primary domain, including deployment planning, implementation management, and user engagement
- Successful end to end implementation of Cisco unified communications tool – including on-premise & web based video and web-conferencing servers into AMP Capital and Financial Services which enabled international and domestic web based video conferencing
- Developed a Health Check/Project Management improvement process for IT Infrastructure projects within Housing NSW, using accepted Government Program Methodologies and Processes (e.g. Prince2) to challenge existing processes and to introduce new approaches to make projects within the CIO more manageable and support better delivery. The Process was also utilised to assess risk for new upcoming projects
- Developed project processes for version control, change control, quality control and documentation formatting along Prince2 guidelines within Housing NSW CIO
- Implemented a process for timesheet reporting using a previously defunct system and developed a workable pivot table based on the submitted timesheets using MS excel for financial reporting purposes
