 Key Achievements

  • Project Manager for the successful delivery within the Amway ATLAS eCom Project with responsibility for the overall project management and delivery of the ecommerce front end and integrations to the Oracle eBusiness suite through all delivery life cycle stages. Responsibilities also include resource management, project scheduling, third party vendor negotiation and management, and business liaison. The ATLAS Project was a $250M Global implementation of Oracle eBusiness to a custom eCom front end. Project Teams were located in Australia, USA and India. The ATLAS project is being rolled out to 74 Amway countries with over 75% of Amway’s sales being generated via the eCom front end.
  • Overall project management of Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) product implementations with Microsoft implementation Partners and many international clients such as Callaway Golf and Estelle. Overall project management of MBS product implementations, managing a team of onsite project mangers within the Asia Pacific region. Key responsibilities included delivery management, client relationship management, business development and Third Party Vendor management.
  • Project Manager for Whitech with overall end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, managing a team of 28 team members with various parallel projects. Through the consistent timely delivery of quality development, Whitech was able to grow business within the existing client base and secure service agreements with major US and Australian retail channels. With responsibilities ranging from day to day project management to Third Party Vendor management, workshops with customers to develop future business plans and ongoing relationship management.
  • Project Manager for the successful establishment and management of the Application Development Support Team responsible for the management of environments and the architecture across CBA’s HR and Financial Platforms. Successful leadership of 30+ consultants for delivery of technical and functional solutions. Budgeting and staffing responsibilities of $11+M. Actively engaged in the preparation of RFIs and RFPs.
  • Team Leader for the successful development and deployment of a Customer Management CRM project, a $22M joint effort between Macquarie Bank Australia, Accenture and Siebel spanning over two and half years, phased over multiple implementations. Key responsibilities included System Architecture, Design, Technical Specifications, System Integration and Design, Testing (Unit, Assembly, Product Pilot).
  • As Principal Consultant developed the overall system level architecture for a $55M joint effort between AMP Australia and Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) spanning over three and half years. This Commissions Calculation system was extremely complicated due to a complex set of Product and Product Rules, industry regulation and scale of payments.
