Project and Program Management

Project and Program Management Office (PMO)
Seven Consulting is highly experienced at designing, building and operating PMOs for successful delivery of complex projects and programs within large organisations. We can either establish a PMO using your frameworks, or we can develop the frameworks as part of our service. Once established, we will run an efficient and effective PMO that supports the Program Manager to successfully deliver the project or program to defined cost, schedule, scope, and quality outcomes. We have successfully managed many PMOs and provided Master Scheduling services, including:

Seven Consulting is independent. We have significant experience working with all Tier #1 and many Tier #2 outsource providers, but have no ties to any of them. We are well versed in dealing with onshore, offshore and hybrid outsource providers. We have successfully managed multiple outsourcing transactions, including:
