Aleksandra is a PMO Consultant joining Seven Consulting’s Sydney practice in April 2019. Aleksandra brings 7 years’ experience as a project analyst specialising in financial management, as well as having PMO experience in eCommerce, Digital, Retail, Software, HR, Financial services environments and large-scale programs & portfolios. Aleks is a creative thinker and problem solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Achievements:

As PMO Lead for AMP, Aleks assisted in delivery of a revised business case for a transformational enterprise data and reporting program, facilitating re-scoping, owning financial re-modelling and cost/benefit analysis. Aleks setup and ran PMO and governance processes for 4 streams, managing finance, reporting, RAID and benefits realisation in accordance with the Transformation Office guidelines.

As PMO Consultant for AMP, Aleks was instrumental in design and solution delivery of a PMO solution for circa ~130 projects / budget ~$100M+ for the Group Technology, Cyber and Data business unit including helping operationalise the PMO office. Provided portfolio governance reporting and data consolidation across the business including insights on risk posture, strategic alignment of initiatives, benefits realisation, RAID and a portfolio roadmap. The solution had a wide employee impact across 11 IT business divisions and delivery practices.

As PMO Consultant for Digital Product in ABC, Aleks set up PMO office and assisted in creation of the Business Case for a major pan-ABC transformation program “Content Management System Upgrade”. In the absence of a Project Manager, Aleks was responsible for delivering key components of the business case including background, benefits plan, risks, assumptions, dependencies, costing models for OPEX and Change Management. While working on the business case, she ensured the governance for the project is setup and ready for work to commence including reporting cycles, finance processes, risk & issues process, onboarding pack and high-level project schedule. She developed Communication Plan including appropriate chain of command: project stand-ups, sponsor updates, status updates, SteerCo cadence and packs.

As EPMO Lead for Indue Ltd, Aleksandra provided BAU support for a portfolio of 120 projects including a detailed reporting on enterprise-wide capacity and demand forecast, resource utilisation and portfolio health. Reporting to Chief Delivery Officer and liaising with C-level stakeholders, she delivered and improved on a full set of reports including dashboards, trackers and executive level meeting packs. Aleksandra managed time tracking system Harvest, Project Catalogue, Project demand forecast and resourcing. Aleks finalised the yearly planning exercise (Plan of Record) that is a base for company forecast and hiring strategy.

As Senior PMO Analyst for DXC Red Rock, Aleksandra managed a full scope of PMO processes for a $30m government project, implementing an online Customer Management System. Aleksandra baselined, set up and maintained all PMO processes, including finance, reporting, resource, change request and RAID management. She drove the financial processes including forecasting, actuals analysis, invoicing and expenses; managed over 800 deliverables including historical document review, process setup and quality assurance. Created a suite of tailored reports and dashboards.

As Senior PMO Analyst for Sainsbury’s Supermarkets in London, Aleksandra supported a large-scale IT change transformation and products portfolios, developing and assuring the highest quality standards and effective performance. She provided continuous process monitoring, providing recommendations and improvements, implementing solutions, advancing and communicating best practices across portfolios. She demonstrated a high degree of finance acumen, overseeing and reporting on Portfolio finance on all levels. Analysed high volumes of data and advised on best financial and resource profile approach. Produced a suite of tailored reports and dashboards. Direct line management of 4 PMO Analysts, Aleksandra trained and developed capability within the team.

As PMO Analyst for Sainsbury’s Supermarkets in London, Aleksandra set up and managed PMO processes for the SmartShop program (£11m). The project was aimed at developing and implementing the SmartShop experience. Aleks drove financial processes using the program knowledge and ensuring alignment with the company’s Operating Module, maintained the project’s financial tracker, cost plans, accruals, transfers ensuring accurate periodic forecast (within 10% variance period by period). Baselined and managed the Risk & Issues and Weekly Status Update processes. Prepared packs and reports for Senior Leadership Team updates. Managed high volumes of administration activities for the teams 70 members. Aleks created and maintained a dependable documentation system.

As Business Process Specialist for IBM in a shared PMO, Aleksandra was responsible for third party vendor management for 12 major global centres. Along with maintaining the vendor relationships, Aleks also liaised with the top international management ensuring full traceability of a comprehensive vendor processes.
