About Andrew Moghaddam

Andrew is a highly experienced PMO Consultant and Master Scheduler, joining Seven Consulting’s Sydney Practice in April 2018. Andrew has expert scheduling skills (MS-Project Server, Primavera and EPPM) in industries including Banking, Retail, Telecommunications, Construction & Engineering.

Andrew’s core skills comprise of resource planning and scheduling, especially in managing master schedules for multiple stream projects and resource-loaded schedules. He is highly skilled and experienced in MS Project with significant experience and formal training in program and project planning methodologies including PMBOK PRINCE2, IIM, AIM and Scrum.

Key Achievements

As PMO Analyst at CBA on Program OAK, which was to remediate & future proof a solution for employee entitlements, Andrew was responsible for preparing, updating and reporting on the end-to-end schedule for the Program’s delivery releases. Andrew also managed the program RAID logs and defined a central repository to replace local copies. Andrew proactively monitored interdependencies and verified viability of go live. He also performed what-if analysis to identify the impact of each dependency on other projects/programs. He developed and published a wide range of Info graphical reports such as velocity and resource utilisation graphs and visual dashboards linked to SharePoint which has been recognised as good practice by CBA and shared among other programs. He was also responsible for tracking project change requests impacting cost, scope and schedule. Andrew successfully implemented 2weeks look ahead planning, applying seven consulting best practices to communicate activities to project managers and teams and gather performance data and determine overall status of the project.


At Woolworths as Deployment Coordinator on the migration and upgrade of BIGW Stores from old domain to the new one and reinstall, rebuild, reconfigure and reconnect store systems to the central data centre across the country, Andrew was responsible for schedule software release deployments and coordination, reservation and locking in required resources across involved parties including vendors, internal work streams and stores. He communicated upcoming deployments to a wide range of stakeholders and effectively identified, communicated and resolved schedule conflicts to ensure dependent projects and programs were not impacted. Andrew was also responsible for preparing and issuing strategic and analytical report packs, demonstrating dashboards and actionable intelligence on project financials, progress and viability of project milestones utilising Google API, Qlik sense and Sentient PPM.


As a Senior Project Scheduler, at Arya – Sasol, Andrew was supporting the team in the application of project planning and scheduling best practices. He developed and updated WBS as the framework of the Projects master schedule to include all stakeholder requirements and interfaces. Andrew created the Level 5 schedule with over 2000 activities for building a fully redundant data center hosting 120 enterprise services utilising CISCO, VMWARE, ORACLE, CITRIX, MICROSOFT, IFS technologies using MS project server.


As scheduling support resource, at AVEC group, Andrew successfully designed, developed and implemented analytical dashboards and balanced scorecards for project managers and schedulers to produce required reports. He also developed and maintained the master schedule for an ERP implementation in AVEC group.


As Master scheduler, at Sasol, Andrew prepared and maintained the Master and Sub schedules, for a large Enterprise wide ERP transformation program, spanning across several plants and the regional head office located in Tehran. Andrew utilised an ITSM based solution on managed-engine to follow and escalate project issues and changes requests. He prepared and maintained the schedule for the design and the test and implementation of a new warehouse management system, linked to the Maintenance material requirement, which resulted in better replenishment of inventory, achievement of high level agility, 100% accuracy in stock counting, lowering the stock levels and refining reorder points, which lead to savings of millions of dollars of purchasing items.


As Master Scheduler at Technip, Andrew prepared the master schedule and managed high-level project analytical reports across disciplines and contractors through Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning phases (Gant chart, histograms, S‐Curves, earned value reporting and progress reporting based on WBS).
