Key Achievements:
As a Project Manager at MMG LTD, Anish led the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) with over 4000 users in multiple countries. He managed the project’s first phase, which included data integration, historic training record upload, and online training content processes using LMS functionalities. Anish collaborated with global mining site training SMEs, technical teams from India, and Canada based LMS vendor to develop a project schedule, governance model, and roadmap for each site. He actively tracked and managed project risks, documented project decisions, and managed technical teams to build the technology deliverables. He also worked with HR and Technology divisions to coordinate change management activities for the implementation.
As a PMO/Project Coordinator at Transport NSW, Anish developed a business case for a new transport service for disabled customers using technology and industry partnerships as part of a Pitch to the Panel Program. He advised architects and coordinated business technology requests, designed workshops for project management training, and delivered program services and business operations support for large-scale ICT program with a budget of $20M and team size of 65. He also analyzed program financial data and supported the development of a Portfolio Health dashboard, drove procurement based on vendor forecasts, and tracked project budget and forecasts. Anish supported PMO managers in improving governance and continuous improvement, managed project reporting and submissions, and advised senior management on urgent project matters. He maintained project schedules, risks, issues, and status in a centralized portfolio hub and developed presentation packs for governance committees. He worked closely with program managers, architects, and sponsors to ensure portfolio-wide project goals were met.
As a Project Coordinator, Customer & Strategy at Melbourne Water, Anish developed, reviewed, and presented project scope statements, roadmaps, and strategies to executive stakeholders. As Project Coordinator Intern at Emerson Automations Solutions, Anish reviewed and learned the processes for planning and delivering complex automation projects developed by the global Emerson PMO. He supported with PMO processes for complex engineering and oil/gas projects including proposals and execution. He liaised with finance, global distribution center, procurement, and project management teams to analyze and map business and project delivery processes at Emerson Automation Solutions, Singapore. Anish also assisted project managers in implementing PMO reporting, risk registers, project status, scope change reports by engaging customers and internal senior managers. Additionally, he worked with senior project managers to understand and learn Emerson project delivery tools and techniques.
As a Customer Engagement Consultant at AECC Global, Anish managed inbound/outbound leads, communicated with them regularly, and developed relationships to drive business growth for migration services.
