Key Achievements:

As a Project Manager at MMG LTD, Anish led the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) with over 4000 users in multiple countries. He managed the project’s first phase, which included data integration, historic training record upload, and online training content processes using LMS functionalities. Anish collaborated with global mining site training SMEs, technical teams from India, and Canada based LMS vendor to develop a project schedule, governance model, and roadmap for each site. He actively tracked and managed project risks, documented project decisions, and managed technical teams to build the technology deliverables. He also worked with HR and Technology divisions to coordinate change management activities for the implementation.

As a PMO/Project Coordinator at Transport NSW, Anish developed a business case for a new transport service for disabled customers using technology and industry partnerships as part of a Pitch to the Panel Program. He advised architects and coordinated business technology requests, designed workshops for project management training, and delivered program services and business operations support for large-scale ICT program with a budget of $20M and team size of 65. He supported with PMO processes for complex engineering and oil/gas projects including proposals and execution.
