Key Achievements:

As a Planner/Scheduler at Ertech, David lead the development and management of project schedules, established Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), developed and maintained weekly dashboards with S-Curves to represent key areas of the project. David developed schedules for tenders, contributed to the pre-contracts team during tender development. David supported Project Managers in report interpretation, analysis of project performance, forward planning and development of corrective actions to maximise project delivery outcomes. David also provided technical and administrative guidance to business units, contributed to corporate policy, guidelines and procedure development, minimised company exposure to risk through the management of scope and expectations, contributed to the development and revision of strategic direction for various programs.

As a Planning/Scheduling Engineer at TNO Projects, David managed highly complex schedules for several clients, established and managed a variety of progress reports on schedule performance, utilizing PERT and Gantt Charts, critical path method and finish variances. David also coordinated schedules from multiple contractors and incorporated into the integrated master schedule, prepared and managed project tracking reports to ensure that projects were delivered on time and on budget.
