At Accenture Enterprise Services for Government, as Release and Delivery Lead, Donalito led a distributed multidisciplinary team of over 40 FTEs that successfully onboarded a number of NSW state government agencies which went live in Production to a multi-tenant SAP Software-as-a-Service enterprise solution that enabled these organisations to maximise the value from their ERP system and deliver public services for the future. Donalito led the delivery of the project as per planned schedule, through proper planning and execution using agile and traditional methodologies across the various phases – from Solution Adoption (project planning, mobilisation, scope selection), Tenant Set-up (design, configure, and build through kanban agile approach), Validate (system integration test, UAT, parallel payroll test, technical testing), Deploy (dress rehearsal, cutover execution, post go live support). He established the project’s scrum team to maintain the product backlog and perform agile ceremonies for the continuous improvement release sprints. He spearheaded the campaigns which won the project the 2016 Accenture SAP Delivery Assets Excellence Global Award – “SAP Application Services Excellence” category and the 2017 Accenture Australia New Zealand Greater Than Awards – “With our Clients” category.
At Accenture Enterprise Services for Government, as Service Delivery Lead, Donalito introduced service improvement innovations that ensured service levels are met for critical performance indicators in areas of incident management, service requests, release management and technical operations for all the client tenants running in Production (i.e. NSW Department of Justice as well as NSW Department of Family and Community Services). As Upgrade Manager, he also managed a team of over 15 FTEs that successfully completed a very complex Production system upgrade through sound end-to-end project management.
As Delivery Lead, Donalito led the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP implementation project to uplift the Finance and Order to Cash capabilities for the Papua New Guinea downstream and midstream business of Puma Energy. He assembled a multidisciplinary team of over 20 FTEs in an international client site and directed the work efforts throughout the full project phase (Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Data Migration, Training, Change Management, Post Go Live Support) using traditional and agile sprint delivery that resulted to a successful Go Live in Production on time, within budget, with no major issues, and transitioned to the client’s production support organisation.
As Delivery Lead of a project for Save the Children, Donalito completed project management deliverables and activities on time and on budget relating to work planning, needs assessment, opportunity scanning, business model development, solution costing, and implementation planning. He successfully managed expectations of key client senior stakeholders from China, US, UK, Philippines and Indonesia with regards to the project objectives of providing technology solution recommendation options that would scale the client’s skills to succeed youth workforce development program.
As IT Application Manager of a workforce optimisation project for Optus, Donalito led a cross techno-functional team of over 15 FTEs that completed all IT milestone deliverables throughout the design, build, test and deployment phases for the NICE application software suite implementation for call centre recording, performance management and workforce management. This enabled the project to Go Live in Production and be delivered on time, on budget, and successfully transitioned to production support.
As Data Migration Manager of a core banking modernisation program to enable real time banking for Commonwealth Bank, Donalito managed the successful extract / transform / load data migration of billions of dollars of savings and transaction accounts from legacy system to the new SAP system through planning and directing the work efforts of a team of over 30 FTEs composed of onshore and offshore Accenture, vendors and bank personnel. He also led multiple customer conversion project initiatives that resulted to the successful activation of the new Customer Master database which enabled the decommissioning of the bank’s customer master legacy system.
As Design and Development Manager of a customer care and billing program for Telstra, Donalito managed a team of over 20 onshore and offshore functional designers and developers to deliver the Siebel and Kenan data migration functional and technical designs, interface agreements, unit tested code, migration test defect fixes, and support during migration weekend roll outs. He reviewed over 100 change requests for migration impact and engaged appropriate subject matter experts in the creation of detailed assessments with effort estimates.
As Interface Manager of a project for BP, Donalito managed the completion by a distributed team of the end-to-end integration development and User Acceptance Testing of over 50 systems that need to be interfaced with SAP for various data types which resulted to a successful Production release. He implemented the interface monitoring framework by mobilising the training, change management, transition and support activities for interfaces needed by the business.
As Service Delivery Lead of an SAP application support engagement for Whirlpool Corporation, Donalito mobilised a high-performance offshore team of over 40 FTEs within Accenture that delivered consistent outcomes that met the established Service Level Agreements. He also completed due diligence, solution planning, project start up and transition activities successfully which laid the foundations for the multi-year service delivery operations.
As Development Manager of a project for BlueScope Steel, Donalito led the SAP development efforts of the onshore and offshore teams of up to 18 FTEs which resulted to completing the design, development, and testing of all required reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms as per planned schedule and within budget.
