He has over 20+ years’ experience focusing on IT Solutions Delivery, Project Management, Vendor Management, Systems and Business analysis, Application Development, E2E Migration, ETL, Systems Maintenance and Infrastructure and Networking Implementations. Key Achievements

As Project Manager at St Vincents Health Australia, Ericson has successfully replaced the old Nursecall system for both the Sydney Public and Private hospitals totaling of 16 Departments in the span of 9 months, under budget, while the hospital is in normal operations. These includes Patient Wards, ICUs, specialized departments (Nuclear medicine, medical imaging, Cardiac Cath Labs, etc.). This provided both hospitals to have a more up to date technological advantages like inter-department emergency alerts and improved visual layout of each area.

As Project Manager at St Vincents Health Australia, Ericson has successfully cut-over the Private Hospitals Food Services Call Centre from OpenScape Telephony to Cisco IPFX. This provided more stability for the Call Centre so that it can service its patients consistently and reliably.

As Project Manager of Benestar, Ericson have successfully implemented a stop-gap solution for both the business process and software integrations between the new CRM solution and existing in-house applications. With this, the business was able to perform its daily operations, see its financial standing and invoice correctly its clients.

As Project Manager for Cyber Security Program at Woolworths, Ericson has successfully implemented the Vulnerability scanning capability (i.e. Security Centre product from the Tenable Network Security) in the Woolworths Payments hub. This provided a comprehensive and complete visibility into the security posture of the IT infrastructure which highlights potential risks so that it can remediated.

As Project Manager for Cyber Security Program at Woolworths, Ericson has successfully implemented the McAfee SIEM solution to bring event, threat and risk data together to provide security insights and seamless log management for SOC.

As Project Manager / Solution Delivery Manger at CBA, Ericson rolled-out multiple processes for CBAs Security Program to help it govern their environments, securely store the codes and methodically progress it from Development to Production. He also led the integration of 2 iAM (Dell One Identity and SailPoint) Systems to enable User Access Validation to ensure that the roles and entitlements of users are valid and non-toxic.

As an IT Security Project Manager at CBA, Ericson rolled-out the banks first enterprise password management application to reduce the risk of account passwords of highly critical systems being kept in a non-secured location.

As Solution Delivery Manager for the Bank’s Core Banking Modernization Program at CBA, Ericson led the delivery of enabling and integrating the first SAP products to be offered in the banks CRM system.

At CBA for their Core Banking Modernization Program, Ericson led a mixed team of Architects, Business Analysts, Developers and Testers to deliver the banks Business Rules Engine using PEGA software in multiple releases to cover Account Origination for all the Retail Deposit Products (Savings, Transactions and Term Deposits); Account Origination, Service & Maintenance and Pricing for all Commercial Lending products; Master Contracts which covers Bundling, Facilities and Offsets products; and Compliance on FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance act) regulation. He also led the remediation activities for SAP across Deposits and Commercial Lending products.

As Project Manager at Oman Insurance-IT Infrastructure Operations, Ericson successfully coordinated the build and transfer of the company’s small IT Disaster Recovery Data Centre from its old office to the new one in Abu Dhabi. Worked with the company’s BCP consultant, telecommunications provider, networks, IT Infrastructure and civil engineering to ensure all Data Center standards were compliant.

As Project Manager at Globe Telecommunications, Ericson delivered different Telecommunications solutions that offered Value Added Services (VAS), VoIP application Integration and a black-box solution that integrates the local Telco’s systems and the different Hardware providers (Nokia, Ericsson and Huawei) for billing traceability and correct tracking of prepaid SMS transactions.

As Project Manager at Intel Corporations-Global Manufacturing, Ericson led the solutions development team supporting the Decision Support Systems for Intel Manufacturing, which covered the US, Costa Rica, Malaysia, China and the Philippines. The team owned the development and Level 3 escalation for a Manufacturing Suite of reports that integrates all the applications supporting the factory. These applications were used to produce critical real-time reports (Yield, Pareto, Defect rate, Volume, Equipment Up/Down time, etc.) for engineers and managers to help them with their daily decision making.
