Key Achievements

As a Master Scheduler at University of Sydney, Jackie was responsible for maintaining and managing updates for project schedule. She provided analysis to the project team by reporting schedule progress, performance and variances. She also facilitated issue & risk review meetings with project manager and workstream leads. Jackie provided guidance to the program and project manager on what issues/risk should be included in the report pack for visibility/escalation. She ensured the RAID Register was up to date and synchronized with the Clarity Tool. Jackie produced a report to highlight the weekly overdue issues and risks to the team and generated dashboard reports for weekly status report meeting.

As PMO Consultant at St. Vincent’s Health, Jackie contributed to improve and simplify program specific processes and templates. She streamlined processes, project templates and documentations under IT Infrastructure Portfolio. Jackie assisted program managers and provided functional PMO support to establish project controls and governance for all activities across IT Infrastructure Portfolio particularly in the areas of budget and expense monitoring, quality assurance review and project schedule monitoring. Jackie initiated and prepared a PMO program milestone status report using metrics. She ensured that the required milestones for each project are captured /reported in the Weekly Project Status Report. In addition, she assisted the program manager in updating the projects KPIs and IT Monthly report. She created a resource utlisation report and capacity plan that aimed to assist project managers to properly execute capacity and availability management. She also performed IT asset management by tracking and providing PC Request & Supply report for WFH Covid19 projects as ad-hoc.

As PMO Coordinator at Alinta Energy, Jackie supported two programs that aim to resolve issues on fundamental finance processes and uplift the corporate compliance within Alinta. She provided in depth support to Program Director and Project Managers by performing financial analysis, governance reporting, and implementing EPMO processes and standards throughout the program. She worked closely with project managers to collect project status reports and create weekly Program Status and monthly Steering Committee packs.

As PMO Analyst at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), Jackie provided project management support and facilitated the onboarding/offboarding of third-party resources, created requisition orders related to specific project work and maintained and monitored the project risk and issue register. Jackie assisted in creating a project reporting template, timeline, managing project administration folders/files and documents in SharePoint. Jackie also developed an internal PMO process document for resource management.

As a Master Scheduler for OPTUS and Lendlease, Jackie was responsible for maintaining project schedules based on requirements set by the project manager. Jackie provided project schedule updates and metrics report highlighting any deviations or slippage to the project manager.

As a PMO Officer at Aspire Zone Foundation, Jackie was involved in setting-up a PMO Office within the IT department. Jackie assisted in developing and maintaining project diagrams, templates and repository. She was also accountable for resource management for shared IT projects. Jackie was able to propose improvements and implement processes that were significant to the PMO operations such as the resource management information system. Jackie was instrumental in providing support for preparing process documentation, management reports, status updates, memos and other correspondence.

As a PMO Analyst at Accenture Philippine Delivery Centre, Jackie performed various PMO activities, including administrative assistance, workplan maintenance, resource management and reporting and metrics production to onshore and offshore clients. Jackie was responsible for providing a high-level of technical and functional support for the following Global Delivery Excellence (GDE) products: Accenture Delivery Methods and Tools, IBM Rational Suite, Program and Project Management.

As SME on Microsoft Project Professional, Jackie performed migration activity for Microsoft Project Server instance and Accenture Delivery Tools. Jackie contributed to appropriate knowledge repositories to provide helpful information and direction to support the team.

As Risk Management Analyst at Land Bank of the Philippines, Jackie was responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance to the Technical Working Group (TWG) on updating the Bank’s Credit Manual. In addition, Jackie provided assistance in developing the Business Operations Risk Management Manual and was acting Secretariat in formulating the Bank’s Information Technology Management Plan (ITRMP).
