As the Project Manager at InvoCare, Jon was responsible for reviewing, designing, tendering, implementing, and testing the new business to business (B2B) survey for funeral directors as well as refreshing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey for Australia and New Zealand across three business groups (AT-NEED, PRE-NEED and CEMCREM), this also included updating of dashboards (using Eloqua). Jon also was responsible for upgrading the complaints management platform (Salesforce Product – Complaints Pro), this involved in addition to the above actions, understanding user pain points, standardizing process across Australia and New Zealand, significant testing and training, and working with Change Management on driving change in corporate culture (Treating complaints as a learning opportunity)
As the PMO Lead at NAB, Jon assisted the OneNAB Workplace Program in the creation and delivery of their next generation of smart buildings and workplaces. He maintained the RAID and change registers, financial management of both CAPEX and OPEX budgets, reporting (internal & external stakeholders), and provided general support to the Technology Program Director. He managed the project schedule across the life of the project (Over 3.5 years), documented technology profiles of 280+ Divisions/Business Units.
As the PMO Lead at Department of Justice and Attorney General (DJAG), Jon delivered 31 risk assessments across Supreme, District and Magistrate Courts in Queensland (Metro and Rural areas). He documented all existing hardware and security practices and procedures, performed risks assessments based on past reported incidents and assessing building design, and provided recommendations based on risk ratings and rough order of magnitude (ROM) costs. Jon was responsible for the coordination and quality assurance on all risk assessments, costing the works, scheduling, calculating risk ratings, and reviewing client data, as well as creating and maintaining the auditing templates/data via a Third-Party Application (iAuditor).
As the PMO Lead at Essential Energy, Jon assisted in delivering raw data on all physical security measures across all the clients NSW sites (728 assets in total) in a relatively short time frame. He was responsible for the resource optimisation, quantifying audit data, budget management, scheduling based on asset type, distance and expected assessment time, client engagement and communications coordination with third-party suppliers.
As the IT Service Management Consultant at IAG, Jon successfully delivered the migration of a record keeping system to United Software Developers Inc. (USD). He performed stress testing on the USD software, aided in planning migration of the legacy records, and facilitated training of team members. Jon managed the Knowledge Management System development and assisted in the creation of records for the document library, reviewed legacy records to determine relevancy and worked with stakeholders on how to self-manage their own knowledge library.
As the Business Analyst at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Jon successfully implemented efficiencies to reduce triage time, improved the admission process and coordinated with other wards with regards to patient requirements. He developed process models to illustrate AS-IS workflow and present options and recommendations for optimised TO-BE business processes using MS Visio. Jon conducted testing of emergency procedures via worst case simulations (mass causalities, network down, etc.) and updated emergency triage procedures that resulted in increased efficiencies to the patient admission system.
