As Program Manager at Asciano, Mark program managed the Cloud Transformation Program Recovery – Led the Architecture and Outsourced Service Model Design streams for a large scale program recovery at Asciano to outsource all desktop, infrastructure and business critical applications to a Fujitsu managed Cloud services. Defined the Cloud Service Architecture and implemented the ITIL based Service Management Framework.
As Program Manager at Perpetual, Mark managed the IT Outsource & Data Centre migration – Engaged during contract negotiation to shape the transition program to establish a true partnership delivery model, led a single joint Perpetual/Fujitsu transformation program team to successfully outsource Perpetual’s IT function and modernise their IT infrastructure and service management in a hybrid cloud architecture. This included the migration of all applications, data and physical IT assets and eventual decommission of two legacy data centers.
