Niloofar is an Experienced Master Schedule and PMO analyst with more the 9 years’ experience within IT, Telecommunication and construction projects.
She has provided Scheduling and PMO services for many large projects and programs and has depth knowledge of MS project and reporting.

As a program scheduler at Woolworths, Niloofar created and managed around 20 project schedules and monitored and tracked the changes closely with the project managers. She was responsible for preparing project status reports, milestone reports and risk and issue managements for the Store Program.

As well as managing the number of the devices needed in each store and coordinating the deployment of the devices.
As Program Scheduler at Transport for New South Wales – The Next Generation Infrastructure Services (NGIS), with the program focusing on migrating around 3000 servers and 4 petabyte stored data from 20 data centres and computer rooms to two NSW government data centres located in Silverwater and Unanderra. Niloofar developed and established an integrated Data Centre Services master schedule. Reviewed and analysed vendor’s (IBM) schedule bi-weekly. Successfully brought up the IBM schedule’s accuracy level through having regular meetings and analysing 18 project schedules. Niloofar, achieved an on time and accurate updates through building a great relationship with all my stakeholders and vendor. Assigned to additional project management responsibilities due to fast learning abilities.
As Project Scheduler at CIM Environmental Group – Building Energy Optimisation for the prominent consultancy organisation focusing on reducing energy consumption and carbon emission of building without compromising tenant comfort conditions. This role reported directly into the CEO. Niloofar carried out planning and scheduling of projects in MSP and successfully scheduled the project on time. Conducted monthly review meetings with clients to provide updates on energy optimisation processes within their assets. Managed and controlled projects finances. Niloofar successfully implemented schedule templates and reporting system for the organization to address the CEO and client requirements, and for use with future projects.
As Project Scheduler at MobinOne – International Government Joint Venture for the main subcontractor for a governmental telecommunication in Iran. The role reported directly to the PMO Manager. Niloofar Successfully scheduled the project on time and within the budget using Oracle Primavera P6. Received numerous teamwork, communication and scheduling awards during the project. Implemented a ticketing system to manage project issues, registration and management. Niloofar successfully promoted to Project management role for mobile projects, based on attention to detail, anticipating problems before they happen, and accepting responsibility in terms of project objectives.
