Roopa Jennifer D’Souza is a PMP certified project management professional joining the Sydney practice in 2019. She brings over 9 years’ experience in customer, program/portfolio, budget, schedule, risk and change management. Global experience covering the UAE, USA, Malaysia, Canada, India and the UK with end to end program management from initiation to closure.

Key Achievements:

As PMO Consultant at St. Vincent’s Health Australia, Roopa contributed to improve and simplify program specific processes and templates. She streamlined processes, project templates and documentations under the Infrastructure Portfolio. She assisted Program Managers and provided functional PMO support to establish project controls and governance for all activities across the Infrastructure Portfolio particularly in the areas of invoice reconciliation, quality assurance review and project schedule monitoring. She also initiated and prepared a PMO program status report using KPI metrics.

As Senior Program Planning and Control Analyst at Honeywell on AERO, Roopa established tools and processes in the DMAIC Producibility team to enable a savings of $49M. Developed a project schedule using MSP for the Cockpit Systems project HEAT, which had an ROI $15M. Maintained EVMs compliance in accordance with system description through program planning, analysis, maintenance and control of program schedules and budgets. Lead and supported the work authorization process, baseline control process, material control, variance analysis and the development of EACs. Lead a team to develop and implement Roadmaps for key projects.

As Program Planning and Control Analyst at Honeywell, Roopa developed an end to end detailed schedule for Radar 4000 a USD$5M project which enabled the realization of cost-effective Value engineering projects for Boeing and Airbus. She established Baseline Change Management process in the program and Introduced and established SSI tools for monitoring and controlling updates to the RDR 4000 schedule.

As Project Coordinator PMO at INS Zoom Software, Roopa managed end to end tracking of the SDLC for its Immigration Software Development and production issues.

As Business Development Manager / Telecommunications Engineer at Zetek Communications, Roopa was appointed by the founder to lead the safety, security and PABX systems product management and sales teams
