Key Achievements:
As Project Manager at Lovelight, Zach was responsible for managing the migration of clients from MS Office onto a SaaS system. Zach worked closely with the sponsor to ensure the project was delivered in scope and on budget, working in an Agile environment. He built strong relationships with a team of developers and delivered fortnightly production releases with regular product enhancements. Zach developed the change management processes and worked closely with end users ensuring a successful onboard, whilst also providing regular status reports to internal stakeholders. Within 6 months of rollout the project increased client usage by 60% and had overwhelmingly positive feedback from end users.
As Project Manager at Lovelight, Zach managed an internal business improvement project whereby he regularly gathered new requirements and worked with key stakeholders in an agile manner to roll out consistent system enhancements. Zach was responsible for organising frequent feedback sessions, relaying requirements to an external development team and extensive testing and documentation. Zach conducted extensive research into the insurance industry and helped develop the T&Cs of the new product. He worked with the CEO to manage all project financials, and assisted the Project Lead with updating schedules, status reports and Risks & Issue logs. Zach created and documented customer support processes and onboarded and trained support staff.
