Key Achievements:

As Project Manager within Woolworths Group's Core Network portfolio, Mariam has successfully led the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent multi-million-dollar network lifecycle and transformation initiatives, including enterprise security uplift, system test environment modernisation, and wireless architecture transformation programs. She has managed complex technical dependencies, implementation governance, stakeholder alignment, and phased delivery execution to improve operational resilience, strengthen security compliance, and enable successful delivery of critical enterprise infrastructure outcomes.


As PMO Lead at Woolworths Group, Mariam established and strengthened governance, reporting, and project control frameworks across complex IT transformation initiatives.
