Key Achievements:
As Senior Project Manager at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), Rajiv was part of transactional portfolio in Coca-Cola Europacific partners (CCEP), managing multiple programs / projects in Finance and Supply chain domains. Notable among his responsibilities was the management of the
- Global Treasury Management System program, where a global treasury management application FIS Quantum, for all European and API markets. Benefits are to save up to 5 million euros per year in having a consistent global treasury process. Program budget is 10 million euros.
- Ariba Downstream program, to implement the Ariba P2O procurement application in Asia Pacific, to create a consistent procurement process in line with Europe and make the system ready for SAP S4 Hana transformation. Benefits are to save up to 1 million euros per year from having multiple processes to deal with procurement. Program budget is 4 million euros.
- Reset Program, to update and integrate the finance master data to align financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of Coca-Cola Australia to Coca-Cola Europacific partners, this project involved integrating 12 SAP and non-SAP applications across the company.
- Additionally, Rajiv successfully led the TOLL EDI integration wherein he implemented a new EDI solution with a key transport partner for freight order acceptance and create a template for EDI interfaces with other transport partners in the future. Other significant achievements of Rajiv include automation of vendor payments via Rabobank using Westpac payments plus solutions, and implementation of an updated routing solution for delivery of orders in New Zealand business.
As a PMO RAID Manager at PaTH (Process and Technology Harmonisation) program of NSW Govt Dept of Communities and Justice (DCJ), Rajiv worked to streamline the RAIDD (Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependencies, Decision) items for the program by creating a new simple, measurable, and effective template for RAIDD and put it into practice. This is a large program to upgrade the core Business platform across various NSW Government agencies to one SAP platform and delivered across multiple Horizons. The Budget for Horizon 1 is $250M.
As Senior Project Manager at Westpac, Rajiv managed the implementation of a new Regulatory reporting platform on Westpac Virtual Private Cloud by mobilising and leading a team of Axiom Vendor team, Infrastructure team, Technology team, and DevOPS team to implement multi-tenant and multi-jurisdictional regulatory reporting reports for Australia and Singapore. He successfully managed the end-to-end delivery work, including SoW with Vendor. The cost of this program is $12M. Rajiv conducted weekly and monthly forums with all internal and external stakeholders. He provided status reports to monthly steering committee which includes Senior Management.
As Senior Project Manager at Westpac, Rajiv worked closely with business for industry wide programs like Economic Financial Statistics (EFS), GL Upgrade, APS221, Basel 3 and MAS610 in the Finance and Risk e Line of Business. He created a dashboard style roadmap which tracks the timelines for various projects and resource requirements. Total cost of the delivery was $3M per year.
As Delivery Partner at Westpac, Rajiv managed the delivery of Enterprise Batch Integration projects on Informatica and TIBCO platforms with team of 120 people onshore and offshore. Annual cost of delivery is $20M. He collaborated with client-side stakeholders through weekly forums, delivery tracking mechanisms, and status reports. Rajiv also tracked and provided delivery KPIs through Governance forums.
As IT Project Manager at Woolworths, Rajiv successfully delivered the Replenishment Reporting solution using Business Objects as reporting tool, creating data mart on Oracle Exadata platform with Informatica as ETL tool. This solution enabled the logistics Business team to measure the performance of planners and buyers. Using these reports business can apply stock replenishment overrides. The project budget is $2M.
