About Zea Pulumbarit

Zea joined Seven Consulting in January 2024 as part of the Manila team. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Project Management. She is looking to enhance her understanding of Project Management and put that knowledge into practice to successfully deliver projects.

Key Achievements:

As an Associate at Woolworths, Zea mainly supported the rollout of the Digital Work Authority Form (EWAF) Program across Australia and New Zealand, managing governance processes such as RAID reviews, status reporting, and financial tracking. She maintained project schedules, prepared adoption and exception reports, and streamlined tools like PowerBI, Asana, and MSP for efficient data management. Zea facilitated cross-functional meetings, documented key actions, and ensured alignment among stakeholders. Additionally, she supported project mobilisation for key initiatives, monitored project pilot and closures, and handled ad hoc tasks to ensure successful delivery of different programs and projects under 360 Facilities Management such as the SIB Program, Proactive Maintenance, and Controllers and Connect+ Security. 


As an Associate at Australian Business Volunteers, Zea helped aid in enhancing the PMO’s capability in managing a growing portfolio. She assisted in stakeholder interviews, review of artefacts and tools, and identification of key strengths and opportunities. The insights gathered were analysed to develop the initial findings report and proposed recommendations. Further, Zea contributed to the build of templates and artefacts with focus on resource management, pipeline management, portfolio management, and program reporting.  


As Graduate at Seven Consulting, Zea is completing the Graduate program, specifically designed to enhance core Project Management skills of individuals with expertise in their individual professional fields. Throughout the graduate program, she will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge on various aspects of project management through engaging sessions and exercises led by domain experts. The program will play a crucial role in developing her skills and boosting her confidence levels in utilising PM tools such as MS Project and JIRA, along with mastering techniques and soft skills. Zea will also have the opportunity to work on Project 7 alongside other consultants where she will be exposed to project risks, issues, and constraints, as well as learning effective ways to manage them.


As Project Coordinator for The Online Booking Corp., Zea worked closely with the Company Founders, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the online platform. Her role included managing project progress, conducting internal analyses, and maintaining crucial documentation. Zea was in constant communication with the web developer team to ensure the platform’s functionalities met its intended purpose. She also collaborated with the branding studio and digital marketing agency to shape the company’s identity and establish a strong online presence. Overall, she aided in effectively managing the stakeholders.


As Event Services Supervisor at SMX Convention Specialist Corp., Zea served as the main contact for diverse clients across numerous events. She successfully coordinated with clients to meet all event requirements, managing factors from venue and mall permits to government requirement approvals. She oversaw the seamless execution of various concurrent events, including corporate meetings, product launches, bazaars, tradeshows, and workshops, ensuring timely and quality service for venue setup, technical equipment fixes, and resource allocation.


As a Management Apprentice at Zeebeth Farm and Agribusiness Corp., Zea assisted in handling financial and administrative tasks, managing bookkeeping, and organizing business records in both physical and digital formats. She implemented spreadsheet trackers to efficiently monitor various financial activities like inventory, sales, and receivables. She oversaw the preparation and distribution of relevant business correspondence.


As the Business Management and Scholarships Head at the oldest organization of Ateneo, ACIL, Zea lead the resource-generating department. She spearheaded initiatives such as Caroling, Merchandise Selling, and External Relations campaigns which raised approximately Php 160,000 worth of funds. These funds supported various organizational projects and contributed to the welfare of the communities and scholars advocated by ACIL.
