About Tanvi Mahajan

Tanvi Mahajan joined the Seven Consulting Sydney team in August 2022. She is a result driven, highly motivated, and resourceful Snr PMO Consultant with experience in operations and software delivery. Tanvi is recognised for her ability to quickly develop relationships with stakeholders, peers, and teams. She possesses demonstrated ability to manage full project life-cycle to achieve delivery within specified timelines and budget to the highest standard and quality. She is skilled in analysing the business and software requirements and establishing quality assurance, fueling swift corrective actions, significant cost savings and fault-free audits.

Key Achievements:

As a Senior PMO Consultant at NGM, Tanvi analyzed the existing information regarding the technology roadmap and created schedules for 44 projects. She added enterprise resources to the schedules with Project Web Application and maintained these projects. Tanvi developed different reports for the program that include reports for under and overallocations of resources, resource utilization report using Power BI. She also developed the Steering Committee Report for the key stakeholders.


As a Senior PMO Consultant at Indue, Tanvi reviewed the corporate ePMO Governance processes and reports and uplifted the existing procedures and implementing new governance processes. She was responsible for assessing and reporting status and providing EPMO services for ongoing projects and programs. She maintained the EPPM tool for projects, resources, and timesheets. She regularly performed health checks on in-flight projects as well as facilitating the set-up of projects’ governance, process improvements and reporting. Tanvi used Project Web Application (PWA) and Tableau reporting tool to provide integrated governance reports to all parties.


As a Senior PMO Consultant at PwC, Tanvi worked with a Seven Consulting Program Director to perform a program assurance review of the O365 implementation program and then subsequently the program re-plan to set it up for success. Tanvi’s responsibilities included the management of planning workshops and the establishment of core program PMO controls.


As Senior PMO Consultant (Fast track) at Seven Consulting, Tanvi completed the fast-track program which is designed to enhance the core Project Management skills amongst the people who are experienced in their individual professional fields. During the Fast Track program, she has gained theoretical and practical knowledge on different aspects of project management by going through different sessions and exercises with domain experts. This program utilised her previous skills and knowledge whilst developing her skills and confidence level in using PM tools (like MS Project, JIRA etc), techniques and soft skills. Tanvi also had the opportunity to work shadow senior consultants in actual project environments where she has been exposed to risk, issues, and constraints on a project and better ways to manage them.


As Senior Test Analyst at HAMBS, Tanvi was responsible for managing the teams of testers for timely completion of sprint goals. She also prepared and implemented the test strategies for the projects. She conducted a thorough review and analysis of the software requirement specification document. She was also involved in elaboration sessions with executive team to subsequently develop the sprint plans. She was also responsible for designing and developing test suits in Azure and reporting bugs for defect management. She worked on creating, enhancing, debugging, and running test cases and generating reports for the test execution.


As Quality Analyst and Software Automation Engineer at NIBE, Tanvi was responsible for collaborating with the front-end and back-end teams to review client’s software requirements, preparing testing scenarios, anticipating pain points, and developing alternative courses of action. She designed and developed software testing schedules for clients. She also developed and maintained an automation framework and scripts to drive quality and efficiency improvement. She was responsible for setting up JUnit, Appium/Selenium environment and tested SOAP/REST web services using tools such as Postman. She also worked on creating, enhancing, debugging, and running test cases.
