Key Achievements:

As Senior PMO Analyst at NSW Rural Fire Service, Anna assisted the RFS in establishing and implementing a PMO service to enhance the Fleet Production Program. She supported the PMO manager and program manager with establishing governance frameworks as well as facilitating meetings. She was responsible for daily management of the RAID, vendor management and weekly status reporting.


As Executive Officer at Royal North Shore Hospital, Anna worked closely and provided support to the Director of Corporate Services and General Manager. She was responsible for the continual communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide a comprehensive overview of current and upcoming projects across the hospital. Anna managed a team of 5 staff who developed and implemented workflow processes for the COVID vaccination’s appointment roll out and assisted with the hospitals’ auditing processes for relevant regulatory accreditations provided by the government.


As Team Leader at Royal North Shore Hospital, Anna was responsible for the supervision and coordination of a team of 15 administrators across various departments and specialties. She provided training on programs such as eMR scheduling, TRIM, Global Transcription services, PBRC Billing, iProcurement, Healthroster, and Audit 4. Anna assisted the administration manager with the recruitment and interviewing of new employee’s, managed the outpatient billing reports and correct data errors where required to ensure correct Medicare funding.
