As Senior PMO Analyst at NSW Rural Fire Service, Anna assisted the RFS in establishing and implementing a PMO service to enhance the Fleet Production Program. She supported the PMO manager and program manager with establishing governance frameworks as well as facilitating meetings. She was responsible for daily management of the RAID, vendor management and weekly status reporting.
As Executive Officer at Royal North Shore Hospital, Anna worked closely and provided support to the Director of Corporate Services and General Manager. She was responsible for the continual communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide a comprehensive overview of current and upcoming projects across the hospital.
