Callum is a member of Seven Consulting’s graduate program. Commencing in August 2023, Callum comes to Seven with a Master of Business Administration from Missouri Baptist University. Callum is looking to bring his past experiences and expertise into Seven and build a successful career.

As Graduate at Seven Consulting, Callum is completing the Graduate program which is designed to enhance the core Project Management skills among the people who are experienced in their individual professional fields. By undertaking the graduate program, he will gain theoretical and practical knowledge on different aspects of project management by going through different sessions and exercises with domain experts. This program will allow Callum to develop his skills and confidence level in using PM tools (like MS Project, JIRA etc), techniques, and soft skills. Callum will have the opportunity to work shadow senior consultants in actual project environments where he will be exposed to risk, issues, and constraints on a project and better ways to manage them.
As an athlete, Callum was able to represent Australia at the junior level on two occasions. His sporting pursuit allowed him to venture abroad to the United States where he studied and competed, receiving full scholarships for his athletic participation. Upon returning to Australia Callum competed at the semi-professional level before making the decision to join Sevens graduate program in 2023. Callum is looking forward to applying the skills he learned during his time as an athlete with his education, and applying them to the project management profession.
