Key Achievements:
As Data & Change Management Analyst at Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC), Radost developed and led the Change Management Strategy for LIAISon visualisation software with stakeholder teams of over 200 internal end users. She built strong relationships with stakeholders and cross functional teams to create a change team, facilitate collaboration and implement communication and training.
As Data & Change Management Analyst at ASIC, Radost led Change Management for the Data Visualisation initiative with end user investigation teams, driving the successful adoption of new tools and processes. She conducted business readiness assessments, change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
