As Senior Change Manager / Change Lead at VCAT, Simon has led change management across multiple digital transformation initiatives supporting key Lists including Guardianship, Civil and Residential Tenancies. He has developed change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, readiness approaches and communications to support implementation of a new case management system and portal capabilities. Simon partners with senior leaders, registry teams and project stakeholders to drive adoption, manage impacts and support phased delivery.


As Senior Change Manager at ANZ, Simon led change management efforts to successfully integrate two key functionalities into SuccessFactors post-launch. He was responsible for developing the change strategy and approach, conducting impact assessments, creating a detailed change plan, sizing change for future opportunities, and managing ongoing stakeholder engagement.

As Senior Change Analyst at NAB, Simon managed a range of change tasks for two key initiatives in a nationwide transformation project, including facilitating High-Level and Detailed Impact Assessment workshops. He developed the Initiative and Program Stakeholder Matrix, Business Readiness Checklists, Employee Surveys, and Change Activity Calendar. Simon created ad hoc communications across multiple channels and assisted with the Program Stakeholder Engagement Plan and Training Plan.


As Communications & Change Analyst at MLC, Simon oversaw communications and change tasks for the launch of a new MLC Insurance product, including the development and execution of change management and communications plans (internal and external). As Business Analyst at ANZ, Simon worked on Lean Six Sigma projects for ANZ Private and Merchant Servicing teams, as well as property and seating initiatives for Australia Operations. Key achievements included identifying and delivering a seating solution that saved $450K in annual accommodation costs, collaborating with senior management to develop seating solutions for 2,300 staff, engaging stakeholders for Lean Six Sigma projects, and analysing data on the pre- and post-implementation performance of the ANZ Private workflow solution.


As Relocation and Change Manager at ANZ, Simon facilitated the cultural and technological relocation of 2,300 Australia Operations staff to ANZ's new office in Docklands, Melbourne. Responsibilities included managing the relocation of staff from seven offices over a three-month rolling move plan, providing post-move support, overseeing a relocation database with 115,000 data entries, and conducting pre-move, move, and post-move technology testing to ensure site readiness. He also designed and presented business cases to modify the new building for the benefit of relocating teams and delivered presentations to staff, including senior managers, on relocation preparation and expectations.


As Business Analyst/Communications Coordinator at ANZ, Simon worked on several process and business improvement projects across the Australian and Indian campuses of Sandal Commercial Banking. He identified the need to communicate the team's service proposition to stakeholders and served as the liaison between the Transformation team and stakeholders, gathering feedback to strengthen relationships. He led a successful Lean Six Sigma project to streamline the settlement process across Melbourne and Bangalore campuses, engaging risk/legal, marketing, and staff from both locations to remove non-value-added steps and improve communication. Additionally, Simon edited the Monthly Operations Newsletter to enhance morale and communicate team successes to an audience of 500.
