Luis joined Seven Consulting in August 2024 as part of the Manila team. He also received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science the same year. With a passion for policy and institutional structures, Luis is seeking an opportunity to apply his strong work ethic and analytical skills to the field of project management. Key Achievements:

As Project Coordinator at Woolworths Group, Luis collaborates with project managers within the organisation’s Cyber Domain in doing PMO responsibilities across various streams that require governance frameworks. Luis is a major contributor in monitoring the financial performance of a cyber security operational project service with a budgetary scope that is primarily utilised for resource costs and vendor billing. This includes a management process encompassing the approval of resource cost estimates, cost budgeting and control, and an overall cost management plan that optimises monthly financial forecasting, maintenance of actuals, and reporting of cost variance analysis. In addition to his resource and financial management capabilities, Luis is also involved with a PO and invoice management process that helps keep track of monthly payments made to vendor partners.


As PMO support at New South Wales Rural Fire Service, Luis assisted the PMO manager in the implementation of the necessary frameworks, structures, and practices to ensure the program activities are organised and controlled. In this role, Luis was responsible for keeping important documents such as the RAID register and deliverable tracker up to date, providing support during RAID forums, and contributing to the preparation of meeting packs.


As Graduate at Seven Consulting, Luis completed the Graduate program, which was designed to elevate the core Project Management skills of individuals with expertise in their individual professional fields. Through a combination of theoretical instruction and practical exercises led by industry experts, Luis gained a comprehensive understanding of various project management facets. This program is instrumental in developing his proficiency with PM tools like MS Project and JIRA, as well as honing his technical skills and soft competencies. Luis also had the opportunity to shadow senior consultants on active projects, where he gained firsthand experience with the challenges, risks, and constraints that arise in real-world project environments.


As Executive Vice President for External Affairs at the De La Salle University – Political Science Society, Luis oversaw the office responsible for managing publication releases, monitoring project development, and reviewing partnership proposals from both internal and external organizations. He drafted comprehensive emails, memoranda of agreement, reports, and routine correspondence in accordance with organizational standards. By implementing efficient workflow systems, Luis successfully increased the office’s evaluation grade by 35.95%.


As volunteer with the Student Representatives Pool at the DLSU Student Discipline Formation Office, Luis served as a student representative on the University Panel for Case Conference (UPCC) and the Student Discipline Formation Board (SDFB). In these roles, he handled both minor and major student offense cases.


As Project Head for Yuhum Ka Liwat, a non-profit charity organization, Luis successfully founded and led the organization, raising a total of Php 11,083.50 to benefit a local shelter home community. In his role, Luis spearheaded a fundraising concert, serving as head of the technical logistics and creative teams.
