As Head of IT Planning and Program Management at PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, Miguel led the PMO function for Cebuana Lhuillier's IT arm, ensuring the successful execution of projects aligned with industry standards and best practices. He oversaw the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives while managing multiple roles across project, program, and portfolio management to drive efficiency, governance, and business value.

As R&D Project Manager at IDEMIA, Miguel drove multiple multinational cryptography projects within a global organisation of over 15,000 employees, working with diverse cross-functional teams across different regions. He led initiatives focused on secure document and digital ID systems for European countries, ensuring the delivery of high-security, mission-critical solutions.

As IT Project Manager at Novare Technologies, Miguel managed end-to-end project delivery for one of the Philippines' top banks, leading the Centralised Communication Management project.
