Key Achievements:

As Project Coordinator for Woolworth's Staying in Business (SIB) Program, Alexandra provides comprehensive PMO and delivery support for planned asset replacements. She oversees end-to-end delivery of over 450 replacements under the Production Equipment and Materials Handling asset groups, managing 11 key suppliers and coordinating multi-trade works to execute complex equipment installs. From business case development, RAID management and stakeholder reporting, to financial tracking and delivery forecasting, she bridges the gap between high level strategy and store level implementation to ensure seamless execution and zero-to-minimal disruption during critical equipment replacements.

As a Graduate at Seven Consulting, Alexandra successfully completed the Graduate Program that aimed to improve the fundamental Project Management skills of individuals with expertise in their specific professional sectors. Alexandra has acquired theoretical and practical expertise in several facets of project management by participating in various sessions and exercises with subject-matter experts. The program has developed her proficiency and confidence level with PM technologies (such as MS Project, JIRA, etc.), methodologies, and soft skills. She also had the opportunity to work with other consultants on Project 7, where she was exposed to planning and executing events.

As a Communications Planner for Procter & Gamble under Mediacom Philippines, Alexandra managed the media budget of several brands across different categories – fem care, skin care and baby care, and made corresponding recommendations on which media touchpoints to invest in. She served as the liaison between the client and different media buying teams to ensure that the plans are duly implemented. She also conducted and presented a comprehensive competitor and landscape analysis to several key stakeholders including regional brand teams, that contains the strategy to counter competition or retain category leadership. Alexandra has also proposed several tests and learns to brands, to meet the desired objectives and bring innovation to top of their existing base plans.

As part of the Education and Research team for UP JFA's Return on Investment, Alexandra organized a satellite event that partnered with a local science high school in promoting personal finance to Senior High Students. To deliver the culminating seminar of the whole initiative, she assisted in executing several IGPs to help fund the whole project.

As the ACLE (Alternative Classroom Learning Experience) Director for UP ABAM, Alexandra was the main point of contact at the event. The goal of the event was to host, educate fellow students and invite relevant people to come together to a one-day seminar about Social Marketing. She oversaw the entire project, from planning through execution by closely monitoring progress reports and leading update meetings, making sure that the event is properly promoted to other undergraduates and that a fruitful discussion between the speakers and participants is set to happen on the day itself.
