Key Achievements:
As PMO Analyst Support for the CXT Uplift team at Australia Post, Skye provided comprehensive operational and strategic assistance across multiple high impact workstreams, including Ways of Working, Governance, and Operating Model design. Skye acted as a facilitator for Project Managers by streamlining Reporting and Scheduling cycles, ensuring all project milestones remained aligned with enterprise standards. Through this exposure to diverse project environments, Skye developed a deeper understanding of project lifecycles and governance frameworks, consistently driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery within a complex corporate environment.
As Project Coordinator in Woolworths at the SIB project, Skye spearheaded asset management and delivery logistics for critical production equipment across the Woolworths national store network. Skye acted as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and store locations to ensure the seamless delivery, installation, and record-keeping of high-value assets. Demonstrating strong technical initiative, Skye is self-taught and implemented Looker Studio to develop a centralised SIB Dashboard, providing real-time visibility into project health. Additionally, Skye engineered the FY26 Master Tracker to consolidate and monitor all SIB projects, significantly improving data accuracy and allowing for more streamlined tracking of project milestones and departmental KPIs.
As Graduate at Seven Consulting, Skye completed the Graduate program which is designed to enhance the core Project Management skills amongst the people who are experienced in their individual professional fields. During the Graduate program, he has gained theoretical and practical knowledge on different aspects of project management by going through different sessions and exercises with domain experts. This program has developed his skills and confidence level in using PM tools (like MS Project, Jira etc.), techniques and soft skills. Skye also had the opportunity to work shadow senior consultants in actual project environments where he has been exposed to risk, issues, and constraints on a project and better ways to manage them.
As Intern at AXA Insurance, Skye contributed to increasing sales pipeline by leading social media strategy efforts and enhancing the company’s presence on Facebook. He worked collaboratively with a team to grow the follower base by 100 followers per week. He supported managers in converting leads into sales meetings through direct customer calls, achieving a 30% conversion rate. Additionally, he reorganised the client list to eliminate duplicate calls and ensure up-to-date contact records, improving efficiency. Skye developed skills in tailoring insurance plans based on clients’ budget constraints and preferences.
As Manager at Phoodcraft, Skye conducted a comprehensive competitive cost analysis and researched competitor pricing strategies to establish optimal pricing for all Phoodcraft products. He evaluated and recommended essential equipment, such as freezers and cutting machines, based on cost efficiency and overall value. He also managed the procurement process, ensuring the best investments for the business.
As Operations Manager at Asgard Gaming Café, Skye oversaw financial accounting and maintained accurate daily earnings reports.
