Fritzie has over 20 years of experience in systems integration implementation and IT project management. She joined Seven Consulting’s Manila team in June 2021. She has experience in scoping, planning, managing, and delivering data analytics and digital marketing implementation, systems integration, and application maintenance projects. She has previously worked at a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. Key Achievements:

As Senior Project Manager at Woolworths, Fritzie managed and delivered various initiatives within the Resilience & Operational Excellence portfolio. One of her key responsibilities was the successful rollout of the digital Work Authority Form (EWAF) in the Site360 platform across all Woolworths stores and sites in Australia and New Zealand. This involved engaging and communicating with over 1500 stores/sites and 2500 service partners, as well as monitoring and embedding the adoption of the form and process post-rollout. She was also responsible for delivering priority enhancements to the form including integration with other Woolworths backend systems e.g., Maximo, Esker. Additionally, Fritzie oversaw the delivery and implementation of initiatives related to Controller password updates and Intelligent Alarm Management. These projects involved extensive vendor management activities, working closely with Copeland and Sutherland.


As Solution Factory Delivery Lead at Accenture, Fritzie managed and delivered common tools and applications developed and supported by solution factory resources used by the Accenture Intelligent Operations group. In this role, she was responsible for ensuring that teams are able to deliver within schedule and on budget with quality following Agile practices and the use of DevOps tools. She also submits an annual run budget proposal (average $5M) for both runs and enhancements, reporting status, and delivered outcomes to Accenture leadership.


As Delivery Unit Lead at Accenture, Fritzie was responsible for 500+ resources offshore, providing Level 2 and Level 3 support both on application and server maintenance as well as application enhancements requested by multiple clients. The team is using both waterfall and agile methodologies for its delivery.


As Delivery Lead at Gates Foundation, Fritzie was responsible for 50+ resources in Manila providing application support and maintenance built on Microsoft platform (Dynamics CRM, SQL Server Reports and Business Intelligence) following Agile methodology. She was accountable for ensuring 90% service level agreement KPI on server and application maintenance for support levels 2 and 3. Fritzie provided supportability and deployment of Manila resources to deliver an average of $1M new development projects from Manila.


As Delivery Lead at Exelon – BGE Home, Fritzie was responsible for 10+ resources in Manila providing 24X7 application support and maintenance built on Microsoft platform (Dynamics CRM, SQL Server Reports and Business Intelligence) using Waterfall methodology. She was accountable for ensuring 95% service level agreement KPI on application maintenance for support levels 2 and 3.
As Delivery Project Manager at Accenture, Fritzie was part of the enterprise architecture team responsible for analysing, designing, building, and deploying the new integration architecture. The team replatformed existing production interfaces using a phased approach. The team exists in multiple locations to enable continuous development and support for applications utilising the architecture (Chicago, Manila, and Malaga).


As Delivery Project Manager at Accenture CIO, Fritzie was responsible for 30+ resources in Manila, analysing, designing, building, and deploying the new integration architecture. She was part of the enterprise architecture team and has also participated in setting up similar teams in Madrid and Argentina to enable 24X7 support services globally.
