Key Achievements:
As PMO Support at Catholics Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD), Navid conducted a Post-Implementation Review for a ~$46M HR/payroll transformation program. 3 weeks' worth of work was undertaken to interview 40 stakeholders and review program artifacts to provide the client with a thorough assessment of the overall success, effectiveness, lessons learned from the program, and practical recommendations which can be applied to future large-scale initiatives.
As Graduate at Seven Consulting, Navid played a key role in the successful implementation of HubSpot, an internal CRM system. He led the transition from a legacy Excel-based sales pipeline to HubSpot. He collaborated with key stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the platform, and ensure the CRM was aligned with business needs. He also oversaw the end-to-end migration of critical sales data, helping to establish a more streamlined and scalable process for managing client relationships and business development activities.
As Graduate at Seven Consulting, Navid completed the Graduate program which is designed to enhance the core Project Management skills amongst the people who are experienced in their individual professional fields. He has gained theoretical and practical knowledge on different aspects of project management by going through different sessions and exercises with domain experts. This program has developed his skills and confidence level in using PM tools (like MS Project, JIRA etc), techniques and soft skills. Navid also had the opportunity to work shadow senior consultants in actual project environments where he has been exposed to risk, issues, and constraints on a project and better ways to manage them.
As Customer Support Specialist at Stan., Navid was responsible for troubleshooting complex streaming issues and managing high inquiry volumes, particularly during live sports events. He prioritized tasks under tight deadlines, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions. He worked closely with technical and product teams to investigate and resolve issues with the Stan. app across multiple platforms. By leveraging Jira, Navid efficiently tracked issues to ensure effective collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive solutions.
