Key Achievements:

As PMO Consultant at Seven Consulting, Davey played a critical role in the successful delivery of a $20m digital transformation program at Macquarie Bank, supporting delivery assurance across multiple workstreams. He owned the integrated project schedule and plan‑on‑a‑page, enabling clear visibility of milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks for senior stakeholders. Davey produced executive‑level status and SteerCo reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and decision‑ready information was consistently available. He developed and reviewed stream‑level delivery plans, and managed the program's RAIDD at both program and SteerCo level to support proactive governance and issue resolution. Davey also maintained the single source of truth for tracking critical defects and issues during key testing cycles, improving transparency and control during high‑risk delivery phases. In addition, he contributed to a strong delivery culture by actively recognising team contributions and celebrating successes through a structured kudos practice.

As Graduate at Seven Consulting, Davey completed the Graduate program which is designed to enhance the core Project Management skills amongst the people who are experienced in their individual professional fields. During the Graduate program, he has gained theoretical and practical knowledge on different aspects of project management by going through different sessions and exercises with domain experts. This program has developed his skills and confidence level in using PM tools (like MS Project, Jira etc.), techniques and soft skills. Davey also had the opportunity to work shadow senior consultants in actual project environments where he has been exposed to risk, issues, and constraints on a project and better ways to manage them.

As Business Analyst at Thoughtworks, Davey successfully delivered agile software development projects in all stages from initiation, to completion, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients. This role involved gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into user stories, and ensuring alignment with client needs. Davey facilitated many agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and development teams. He also conducted continuous process improvement, identified risk areas, and provided actionable insights to enhance project outcomes. With strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, Davey ensured successful project delivery, maintaining client satisfaction and meeting business objectives.
