Key Achievements:
As Change Management Analyst for a Digital Transformation Project for the Civil Service Commission (CSC) of the Philippines, Pauline supported a government agency in the Philippines by helping ensure project progress and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across 13 departments. She developed the Case for Change, identified key stakeholders and change agents, and co-created the Change Management Plan. Additionally, she co-designed interventions for digitally vulnerable populations and produced FAQs, manuals, and communication materials to support the change initiative, helping strengthen stakeholder alignment and improve readiness for the agency’s digital transformation.
As Change Management Analyst for Asian Development Bank (ADB) project, Pauline supported the Change Management Team in executing the Change Management Plan and collaborated with various workstreams on adoption and change initiatives. She conducted Change Impact Analyses, planned interventions, and helped design communication materials, while also developing training strategies, plans, and knowledge articles. She also helped organize roadshow activities to highlight system benefits and increase stakeholder awareness, contributing to smoother system adoption across departments and an enhanced understanding of project benefits.
As Change Management and Training Analyst for AIA Philippines project, Pauline developed the Case for Change, stakeholder assessments, heat maps, and engagement plans for the four identified enhancement projects. She conducted Change Impact Analyses and created communication and training plans, including training materials. Additionally, she produced transition plans, RACI matrices, change success reports, and updated procedure manuals to support successful change adoption.
As Competency Specialist for the Quezon City Local Government Unit (QC LGU) project, Pauline contributed to the development of the Competency Model and Framework through research, data gathering, and focus group discussions. She created the Competency Dictionary and Competency-Based Job Descriptions, supported capacity building for HR participants, and oversaw the production of related publications and communication materials, enabling the LGU to establish clearer job standards and strengthen its competency-based HR processes.
As Change Management and Training Analyst, Pauline supported the Change Management Lead in implementing the Change Management Plan for an SAP solution rollout across the Ernst & Young (EY) offices in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Guam, Maldives, and Brunei. She guided the local delivery of Change Management activities—including assessments, stakeholder engagement, and training—and communicated key timelines while escalating risks to the Change Management Lead. For training activities, she led the development of the training plan aligned with the global strategy, conducted training needs assessments to tailor learning for local audiences, updated training materials to reflect change impacts, facilitated Train-the-Trainer sessions for approximately 150 identified local trainers, and organized logistics and support for over 30 End-User Training sessions. Her efforts helped ensure consistent training delivery and supported successful SAP adoption across multiple countries, impacting more than 10,000 employees.
As Associate Analyst for a Purpose Discovery Project at University of Cebu Medical Center (UCMed), Pauline documented activities and analysed survey results to support organisational updates for the University of Cebu Medical Center (UCMed), a hospital in the Philippines’ Central Visayas region with over 300 employees. She assisted in communication planning and supported a three-day workshop to refine the organization’s mission, vision, and goals, helping the hospital clarify and strengthen its organisational direction.
As Associate Analyst for a Competency Model and Framework Development Project for the Philippine Department of Education (DepEd), Pauline co-developed a roadmap for competency standards. She designed workshops and working sessions, managed logistics, co-facilitated sessions, analysed data, documented processes, researched frameworks, and identified behavioral indicators. She also coordinated with clients in her manager’s absence and conducted validation sessions to co-create the competency model, dictionary, and profiles for the five priority occupational service groups, helping the agency establish a structured competency framework to guide HR development and workforce planning.
