As Project Manager Intern at Analytics & AI Association of the Philippines, Sofia successfully facilitated the deployment of the Association’s member data management system by integrating Zoho CRM, Zapier, and Discord, significantly streamlining data capture and enhancing member engagement processes. Serving as the change control lead, Sofia managed client turnover, addressed project risks, and ensured a smooth transition to the new system. The project achieved 99% data accuracy and completed a full migration of all member records with zero duplicates, improving data integrity across the organisation.
As IT Intern Head at Verafede, Sofia spearheaded a team of IT interns by delegating tasks and ensuring efficient collaboration across technology initiatives. She strengthened the company’s website infrastructure through comprehensive IT documentation and targeted research to support technical requirements.
