Key Achievements:

As PMO Consultant at Woolworths – Future Digital Channels (FDC), Roxane works closely with the Program Director to review the project and governance framework. Her role involves confirming whether identified issues have been addressed and whether the remediation measures are sufficient to support the project’s success over its lifecycle. She highlights any gaps or areas for improvement in the current structure and governance and contributes to producing written reports that summarize findings and outline remaining shortfalls. These reports support the ongoing development and deployment of FDC across Australia (excluding Big W) and New Zealand.


As PMO Consultant at the University of Sydney, Roxane supports the Programme Director and Project Managers in driving effective project governance and delivery. She consolidates project status updates and prepares weekly executive reports, ensuring clear communication of milestones, risks, and progress. Roxane liaises with stakeholders to resolve project issues and prepares key documentation, including initiation papers and change requests. She also improves reporting processes, maintains registers and dashboards, and ensures SharePoint alignment. Additionally, she coordinates and compiles Steering Committee (SteerCo) packs and manages meeting logistics, including agendas and action tracking. Roxane contributes to the ongoing enhancement of project management practices, demonstrating strong coordination, communication, and process improvement skills.
