Key Achievements:

As PMO Consultant at Woolworths Group, Future of Digital Channels (FDC), supporting a large-scale, enterprise-wide digital transformation across Australia (excluding Big W) and New Zealand. Operating within a complex, multi-stream environment, Roxane drives governance excellence by facilitating RAID management, leading Weekly Status Reporting, coordinating SteerCo packs, and maintaining integrated schedules and leave tracking via Smartsheet. Leveraging JIRA and Confluence for transparent progress tracking and documentation control, she enhances executive visibility, strengthens risk and issue management, and enables informed decision-making at the Program Director and SteerCo levels, contributing to the successful rollout and continuous evolution of FDC.


As Senior PMO Analyst at Entergy Louisiana, Roxane supported the large-scale 8B USD delivery of complex IT initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring projects were executed within scope, schedule, and budget. She monitored both in-flight and pipeline projects for accurate resource assignment and created and maintained fully integrated project schedules, including bottom-up, fully resource-loaded critical path networks in PWA. She managed end-to-end financial oversight by capturing all budget components (Third-Party Vendors, Entergy IT, and Business), tracking actuals, and producing accurate periodic financial reports for stakeholders. Roxane generated project health indicator reports, financial forecasts, including risk reserve conditions and supported formal health reviews with Entergy’s IT Performance Management / PMO organization. In addition, she developed schedule parameter indices for incorporation into health reporting, maintained change control processes, and ensured stage gate compliance. Through rigorous reporting, governance discipline, and coordination with Project Managers and the Project Controller/Scheduler Lead, she strengthened financial transparency, delivery assurance, and overall IT project execution capability.


As PMO Consultant at the University of Sydney, Roxane supported the large-scale Employee Payments Review (EPR) Program initiated following the University’s self-notification to the Fair Work Ombudsman regarding potential Enterprise Agreement non-compliance. Working within a highly sensitive and complex regulatory environment, she partnered with the Programme Director and cross-functional teams across HR, Legal, and Workplace Relations to strengthen governance, reporting, and delivery oversight. Roxane consolidated project updates and prepared executive reports to ensure transparent communication of remediation progress, risks, and compliance milestones. She maintained RAID registers, dashboards, and documentation controls; coordinated Steering Committee packs and governance forums; and supported the preparation of key artefacts, including initiation documents and change requests. Her contributions enhanced reporting discipline, risk visibility, and executive assurance throughout the historical payroll review and remediation process. Through strengthened governance frameworks and improved reporting processes, Roxane supported the program’s commitment to regulatory compliance, system control uplift, and accurate remediation of affected current and former employees. In addition to her PMO responsibilities, Roxane is a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) and an active member of Seven’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Committee, supporting workplace wellbeing initiatives. As a PMO/Business Analyst at SGS Gulf Ltd, Roxane managed the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of large-scale IT projects across multiple workstreams, including Oil & Gas, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), Infrastructure, Audit, Mining, and Transportation, using MS Project and PWA.
