As Senior Program Director at Cuscal, Lindsay led Program Diamond, a $30.5M APRA-aligned risk uplift initiative, overseeing governance re-establishment, recalibration of delivery models, and multi-vendor execution across six interdependent projects. He delivered regulatory compliance, sustainable risk management, and strengthened organisational resilience through structured governance and delivery assurance.


As IBM Partner / ERP Delivery Executive at Department of Defence, Lindsay directed the largest SAP S/4HANA Defence & Security ERP implementation on Azure in the southern hemisphere — a A$1Bn transformation spanning 500+ applications. He delivered integrated capabilities across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Transport, Maintenance, and Engineering. He led a $155M phase on schedule with a remote team of 400+, achieving a Net Promoter Score of 10 and avoiding $9M in weekly delays. He oversaw governance and architectural alignment of a $15M stream with Defence’s strategic roadmap, ensuring compliance and long-term scalability.


As Delivery Excellence & Quality Leader at IBM, Lindsay oversaw a $850M ANZ portfolio and 2,800+ professionals, leading strategic vendor onboarding and integration initiatives.
