As Head of PMO for Portfolio Management at Woolworths, Natesh led a $110M Cloud Migration and Application Uplift, transitioning EOL infrastructure to cloud platforms while enhancing automation and modern toolsets. He uplifted PMO maturity from ad-hoc to standardised levels enabling repeatable and successful project delivery, improving project governance compliance from 70% to 95% through assurance checks and coaching. By implementing real-time dashboards, agile teams and RAG status tracking, he enabled proactive governance and risk management and reduced budget overruns by 20% through financial governance and resource optimisation.
